The development of the city of Pagar Alam is very rapid where there are already many settlements or housing, one of which is the Griya Beringin Jaya Indah II Housing, Ulu Rurah Village, South Pagar Alam District. This housing area is an area with a high topography, where the source of water comes from ground water which often dries up when the dry season arrives and there is no PDAM pipe network available. To meet the needs of clean water in the housing, a clean water network system is needed so that it can meet the water needs of Griya Beringin Jaya Indah II Housing, Ulu Rurah Village, Pagar Alam Selatan District. The type of pipe used is PVC pipe (C=130) with a pipe length of 150 meters (ø = 2 inches), a pipe length of 168.1 meters (ø = 1 inches), a pipe length of 107.4 meters (ø = 1 inch), the length of the pipe is 26.2 meters (ø = 1 inch), and the length of the pipe is 119.9 meters (ø = inch). In this simulation the author uses the Epanet 2.0 application, from the calculation results obtained the total capacity of clean water needs in this housing is 0.820311 liters/second with clean water needs at peak hours is 1.23 liters/second, so that the need for clean water can be fulfilled
